2 · Which data we process
2.1 Booking
- Name of the person booking
- E-mail address
- Phone number, optional
- Number of people
- Name and food choice per person
- Allergies, where reported
- Payment data, processed by the payment provider
2.2 When visiting the website
The server records technical data transmitted by the browser. This includes IP address, date, time, page called and browser type. This data serves operation and security.
3 · What we process it for
- Carrying out the booking and the event
- Confirmation, reminder and questions
- Buying and preparation by the kitchen, as figures per version
- Billing and accounting
- Sending news, where consented to
Processing rests on the performance of the contract, on legal obligations and on an overriding interest in orderly operation.
4 · Newsletter
News is sent only with explicit consent. The corresponding box in the booking system is never pre-ticked.
We record the time, the source and the content of the consent. Revocation is possible at any time, through the unsubscribe link or by e-mail.
The basis is art. 3 para. 1 let. o of the Federal Act against Unfair Competition.
5 · Disclosure
We pass on personal data only as far as the event requires:
- Kitchen: number per version and reported allergies, without contact data
- Payment provider: data to settle the payment
- Hosting and booking system: technical storage on our behalf
- Authorities: as far as required by law
The booking runs through a system of BergBox GmbH. The data entered there is processed by BergBox. Their privacy policy applies in addition.
No sale of personal data takes place.
6 · Retention
We keep booking data until twelve months after the event. Accounting data we keep for ten years, as the law requires.
Data on newsletter consent we keep until revocation, then as evidence to a limited extent.
7 · Your rights

- Deletion, where no retention obligation stands
- Handover in a common format
- Objection to a processing
- Revocation of a consent given

The competent supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Bern.
8 · Cookies and third-party services
The website sets only technically necessary cookies. No analysis of behaviour by third parties takes place.
Maps and timetables are included as links, not embedded. Only on a click does the provider’s page open, and only then does it receive data.
9 · Security
Transmission is encrypted. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
Complete security in transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed by anyone.
10 · Changes
This statement may be adapted. The version published on im-stah.ch applies.
