The kitchen is run by Maison 13 Catering. BergBox takes part as a partner. Both act on behalf of the organiser.

3 · Booking and contract

3.1 Process

Booking runs through the booking system of BergBox GmbH. Name, e-mail address, number of people and the food choice per person are required.

The booking is a binding offer. The contract comes into being with the confirmation by e-mail.

3.2 Booking deadline

Booking closes on 15 September 2026 at 23:59. It closes earlier if all places are taken before that.

3.3 Number of places

The event is limited to 50 places. Places are assigned in order of arrival.

3.4 Food choice

The choice between meat and vegetarian is binding. It steers the kitchen’s buying. A change after the deadline is excluded.

4 · Price and services

The price is CHF 145.00 per person. All prices are in Swiss francs and include the statutory value added tax of 8.1 per cent.

The price includes:

Outside the price are all drinks from 14:00 at the bar. They are billed on site.

A claim to services arises only within the announced times. Services not taken up are neither replaced nor paid out.

5 · Payment

Payment is made at booking through the means offered. The place counts as secured only after payment has been received in full.

The organiser is not liable for technical failures at the payment provider.

6 · Cancellation and replacement

6.1 Withdrawal

Until 15 September 2026 withdrawal is free of charge. The amount is refunded in full.

From 16 September 2026 the full amount is billed. The reason is the kitchen’s buying, which is completed by that date.

6.2 Being prevented from coming

Passing the place to another person happens only after prior agreement. Write to us by e-mail, we look at the case and find a solution.

There is no claim to a transfer. The food choice, the number of places and the state of preparation are decisive.

7 · Holding, cancellation, postponement

The event takes place in any weather.

The organiser may cancel, break off or postpone the event if holding it becomes impossible or unreasonable for reasons outside its influence. These include extreme weather, natural events, orders by the authorities, infrastructure failure or security situations.

If the event is cancelled before it starts, the price is refunded. If it is postponed, the booking stays valid and the participant may withdraw free of charge within ten days.

If the event breaks off after it starts, a proportional claim exists only where substantial services were lost. Services already provided remain owed.

Further claims, in particular for travel and accommodation costs, are excluded.

8 · Age and serving of wine

Access applies from the age of 18. By booking, the participant confirms that everyone booked is 18 or older.

Age checks are possible at any time. Without proof, access may be refused without refund.

Serving may be refused without refund in the case of visible drunkenness or misconduct.

9 · Liability

Participation is at your own responsibility. The event partly runs over natural paths in the vineyard.

The organiser is liable for damage from gross negligence and intent. To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded.

Excluded in particular is liability for:

There is no insurance for participants. Taking out sufficient accident and health insurance is the participant’s own matter.

10 · Photo and film

Photos and films are made at the event. The organiser uses them for its own communication, in particular for website, newsletter, social media and press work.

Anyone who does not agree reports this on site to the service team or beforehand by e-mail. We take this into account where possible.

Your own recordings for private purposes are allowed. Commercial use requires written consent.

11 · Data protection

The processing of personal data follows the privacy statement.

12 · Changes

The organiser may adapt the schedule, the menu, the wines and the music programme, as long as the character of the event is preserved. There is no claim to a particular dish or a particular wine.

These conditions may be changed at any time. The version in force at the time of booking applies.

13 · Law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Sion, canton of Valais.

These conditions exist in a German, a French and an English version. In case of divergence between the language versions, the German version applies.

Should a provision be invalid, the rest of the contract stays valid.
