Together with her father Manfred, Alisha Cina chose the seven wines for this day. All of them from the estate’s own vines around Salgesch.
Which wines they are and which course each one accompanies, you find out on 19 September 2026. Until then the selection stays her secret.
Which wines Alisha has chosen and how she pairs them with the six courses under Food, you learn on site.

Fernand Cina farms around 20 hectares of its own vines around Salgesch. The family estate was founded in 1956 and is run today by Manfred and Damian Cina. More than 40 wines come from these vines.
The Clos du Cornalin is one of the estate’s special sites. The 2020 vintage was awarded 93.4 points at the Expovina Wine Trophy in Zurich, the highest-scoring gold medal.
On 19 September 2026 the pouring happens right here.
